Sadly my aunt died this month. She had been in Glais House for just over 5 years. During her time at Glais House she had wonderful, loving care. The staff are excellent, they are respectful and caring and extremely kind. A first-class home with the most wonderful staff. My aunt had 5 happy years there. We, as a family, cannot thank the staff enough. I cannot find any faults with the home.
Glais House is a welcoming and warm environment where I feel able to visit my mother at any time. Functions are often arranged where families can visit and participate. It is lovely to see residents and staff interacting and enjoying time together. Thank you to all at Glais House.
My mother was very happy and told me that the staff there were lovely. They are always cheerful and can't do enough for the residents. There are lots of activities every week, and the family are invited to join in. We are made to feel very welcome. All the staff always appear happy and create a welcoming atmosphere for family and friends. Seeing my mother so well cared for makes me feel happy.
My sister and I come every three weeks or so to see our cousin. We visited today and as usual she was well cared for. She is very happy here and likes all the staff. She has a lovely bedroom, to which her daughter has added familiar possessions (photos etc.).
